Testimony, including arbitration, has included slip & fall, worker injury, construction contract and workmanship disputes, & faulty home inspections. Testimony has also included violations of the Federal (OSHA) and Massachusetts Building Codes, the Massachusetts Architectural Access Board Regulations (ADA), the Massachusetts Department of Public Health & Division of Industrial Safety. Rhode Island testimony has included the Federal (OSHA) and Rhode Island State Building Codes, the Rhode Island Property Maintenance Code, & the Rhode Island Accessibility Regulations (ADAAG).
OTHER TESTIMONYIn March 1999 I testified at a subcommittee hearing of Massachusetts State Senators & Representatives in support of a bill to examine, license & insure home inspectors. I recommended a section of the bill. The bill was passed and is now law.
